Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Night Shift Float Pool!

As a valued member of our Internal Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to rotate between various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. With each shift, you will expand your clinical skills while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care while adapting to different unit workflows.
• Conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Participating in interdisciplinary collaborations to coordinate patient care.
• Leading efforts to ensure patient safety and manage risks.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements, including specific weekends and holidays.
• Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
