Key Responsibilities
Partner with SMB AE sales leaders to identify challenges and design revenue growth solutions
Build and implement enablement solutions for complex sales cycles
Operationalize sales leaders' visions into actionable programs for the sales team
Required Qualifications
Experience in a sales enablement or sales effectiveness role focused on complex deal cycles
Ability to manage programs from start to finish, including logistics and content creation
Experience collaborating with senior leaders to address complex business challenges
