About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Credit Risk Review. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting timely and independent assessments of commercial credit exposures and credit risk. This role involves providing senior management and the Risk Committee with the results of these assessments, as well as offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance credit risk management practices. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of commercial lending and credit risk practices, with 10-15+ years of experience in credit risk and credit underwriting. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with stakeholders, and the role may also involve being a Reviewer in Charge, overseeing the completion of review engagements and managing a team of Reviewers.

Applicants for the Managing Director position should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with higher education or industry certifications being desirable. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in credit risk management, analytical thinking, and the ability to correlate various factors in the credit cycle. Experience in commercial real estate, consumer lending, data analytics, and financial operations is a plus. The candidate should be adept at analyzing complex credit structures, validating risk ratings, and identifying portfolio issues and trends.
