This role requires clinical judgment, close monitoring, and management of complex patient conditions. The shift is 12 hours , with call, weekend, and holiday expectations. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance and credentialing generally take 4-6 weeks . Voice advantage and nurse manager interviews are mandatory.
