A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Workforce Operations & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Anticipate future workforce needs and design solutions to address programmatic and technological gaps
Manage strategic vendor relationships and oversee financial stewardship for workforce development programs
Lead and inspire a high-performing team while driving execution of high-priority initiatives across functional areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, workforce development, or talent strategy
At least 10 years of leadership experience with related scope
Minimum of 5 years of external consulting experience with large complex organizations (10,000+ FTEs)
