What You'll Do:

• Engage with prospective buyers to conduct interviews and make compelling sales presentations.
• Market your community to Realtors, prospects, and area businesses using multiple methods, including personal visits to locations outside the community.
• Provide tours of communities and available properties, highlighting unique features and amenities.
• Manage contract processes, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Facilitate communication between clients, mortgage companies, and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors and other industry professionals.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings.
• Manage inventory homes, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for buyer walk-throughs.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the Florida real estate market is a plus.
• Florida Real Estate Brokers License a plus
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
