Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Temecula, CA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA / QC Inspector - 2nd Shift / 1st shift to join their dynamic team. As a QA / QC Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products, supporting the company's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : QA / QC Inspector - 2nd Shift / 1st shift

Location : Temecula, CA

Pay Range : $24 / hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Perform audits of raw materials, components, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document non-conformance issues accurately and handle discrepant materials according to documented procedures.
• Communicate audit results and status updates through reports and verbal communication.
• Conduct simple statistical analysis and input data into software applications or manual calculations.
• Train new and less experienced Quality Auditors to promote continuous improvement and team development.
