Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a premier heavy / highway civil contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work.

We are seeking a Roadway / Dirt Foreman. The Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.

Key Duties :

• Directly supervises a crew.
• Reports on work to Superintendent.
• Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects.
• Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications.
• Reports on time and materials.
• Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, safety indoctrinations, provides coaching for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

FDOT experience is preferred.
