Clinical Care LVN / LPN Float

Duration : 6+ months contract

Schedule : 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend, and may require floating to other nearby locations.

You will :

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
• Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
• Assess patients during intake
• Take vital signs
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening
• Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
• Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
• Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
