Universal MH / DD / SAS is seeking individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) for an individual with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. AFL Services are provided in your home 24 / 7. Visit us on the web at www.umhs.net for more information or to contact us directly.

This is a full time Contract position. Services are provided within the home of the contractor.

Requirements :

Reliable Transportation

Valid Driver's License

High School Diploma or equivalent.
