Litigation Attorney (2 years exp. required)

We are looking for a smart and detail oriented attorney to handle a variety of injury and business related cases from our beautiful office space in Austin. Our firm has handled cases all over Texas and the country for thirty years, appearing before federal and state trial and appellate courts. We strive to provide for work life balance and the compensation includes significant guaranteed bonuses based on skills and results.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise cases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings and trials
