Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and machinery while maintaining safety standards. This role is crucial in a food manufacturing environment, where compliance with regulatory standards and efficient operations are paramount.

PM Schedule : Monday - Wednesday and working Saturday OR Sunday (or both AS NEEDED)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and procure necessary parts and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve equipment-related issues.
