What You'll Do : Conduct asbestos and hazardous building material surveys. Perform Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments, noise monitoring surveys, and industrial hygiene exposure assessments. Assist with asbestos / Lead-Based Paint (LBP) abatement and mold mitigation projects. Monitor abatement and remediation projects. What We're Looking For : Experience : One to three years of experience in occupational safety and industrial hygiene, including IH surveys, IAQ, noise assessments, asbestos, LBP, and mold investigations, and abatement management. Preference : Local candidate who resides in the Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, or Laramie, WY metro area and has experience in private-sector, project-oriented businesses, focused on commercial, education, and industrial projects. Credentials : State of Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector (CABI) and Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS) certifications. Degree : A BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus (can substitute for a year of experience).
