Our team will focus on providing excellent service and going above and beyond for each individual customer. Job Description : A Brine Associate will be responsible for welcoming each customer and assuring that every service is delivered to the utmost satisfaction of the customers, which begins with ensuring that the restaurant atmosphere is clean and friendly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Greet all arriving / departing customers.
• Serve as the point of contact between the customer and the kitchen.
• Assist with order taking and accommodate customers with special needs and requests.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Maintain and stock designated station.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct

temperature and is attractive and tasty.
