[job_card.job_description]Compressors generators turbines electrical equipment and well equipment Vessels piping valves instrumentation and controls Heaters boilers heat exchangers and related equipment Ensure completion of routine prevention predictive and compliance maintenance work including paper documentation Coordinate system improvements and modifications and other special projects Determine materials needed and prepare authorization for expenses (AFEs) for major maintenance items Compile prepare and / or analyze various reports and correspondence including but not limited to : Oil sample analysis Contractor quotes Compressor set-up sheets Authorization for expenses (AFEs) Vendor maintenance manuals Construction drawings and maps Maintenance plans and schedules Review oil analysis to determine potential problems and set Process Safety Management (PSM) frequencies Ensure compliance with company policies related to OSHA EPA and DOT requirements preparing appropriate documentation Provide information and / or assistance to management and employees regarding daily work activities scheduling operational changes etc Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions including operations maintenance or emergency response on a pipeline. Job duties also require the employee to be alert and respond immediately to dangerous or hazardous conditions and where impaired performance or failure to follow safety precautions could result in serious injury or property damage.
