Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a travel job in Bourne, Massachusetts.

Job Duties

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography and stereotactic procedures per MQSA / ACR standards.
  • Operate mammography equipment safely; set exposure factors; ensure two patient identifiers.
  • Review requisitions, prior images, and radiologist reports; update orders if needed.
  • Educate patients on exam process; obtain accurate history; refer to NP when required.
  • Position patients, monitor safety / comfort, and produce quality images.
  • Evaluate images for technical quality and completeness; upload to PACS and burn CDs as needed.
  • Perform DEXA scans (spine, hip, forearm) and maintain bone density QC records.
  • Complete all required MQSA / ACR quality control tests and documentation.
  • Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and manage supply inventory.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and data management for mammography and DEXA.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and departmental policies.

    • Qualifications

  • ARRT certified (Radiography)
  • Massachusetts Radiology & Mammography license
  • Current BLS
