Senior Educational Planner – K‑12 Focus
A re you an experienced K–12 educational or facilities planning leader who thrives on helping school districts make smart, future‑focused decisions about their campuses? At TETER , you will play a pivotal role in guiding Central California districts through their most important long‑range facilities planning challenges-ensuring every student learns in an environment that supports achievement, equity, and community pride.
As part of our mission of Building a Better Valley , you will collaborate alongside architects, engineers, and construction administrators to develop actionable, district‑wide strategies aligned with educational vision, enrollment trends, funding pathways, and long-term capital priorities.
The Opportunity : Lead K–12 Facilities Strategy Across the Valley
In this senior-level role, your primary focus will be K–12 facilities master planning and capital program development -serving as a trusted advisor to Superintendents, executive teams, and governing boards. You will help districts understand their options, prioritize needs, and confidently plan for modernization, growth, and long‑term investment.

Compensation - Annual salary range of $115,500-150,000 (actual pay depends on licensure, qualifications, experience, location, and business needs). Candidates with less planning experience are encouraged to apply but role placement and annual salary may be in a lower range, such as $90,000-$105,000 for Educational Planner I, or $105,000-120,000 for Educational Planner II.

This is a full‑time, exempt role based primarily in an office setting, with a hybrid schedule requiring in‑office presence Tuesday through Thursday . Travel to school sites, district offices, and community meetings across Central California is expected, and some evening or weekend meetings (such as board presentations) may be required. For exceptional candidates with deep K–12 planning expertise , a fully remote arrangement may be considered.
