A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians in Irving, TX.

The role would be working for a major healthcare company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

  • The pay for this position is

$19.00 per hour

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

    with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

  • The required availability for this position is

    • Monday through Friday, between 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM

    Responsibilities

  • Enter and process new prescriptions and refills in the pharmacy system in compliance with regulations and company policy
  • Perform third-party claims adjudication, eligibility verification, and refill documentation
  • Accurately calculate dosage, convert between measurement systems, and ensure prescription completeness
  • Support pharmacists with medication preparation, record keeping, and daily workflow
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all applicable pharmacy laws and standards
  • Handle prescriber calls, shipment inquiries, and program-related communications
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach to patient care
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards

    • Requirements

    Pharmacy Technician License (Texas)

    – active and not expiring within 90 days of start date

    At least 6 months of prior pharmacy experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite for training
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
