Schedule : Full-Time | 36 hours / week | 6 : 45 PM 7 : 15 AM

Department : Medical-Surgical

Location : Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC

About the Unit

Become a valued member of our Neurosciences Unit, a 43-bed specialized inpatient unit providing comprehensive care for stroke, neurological, and neurosurgical patients. The unit includes :

• 33 telemetry beds
• 6 medical-surgical beds
• 4 epilepsy monitoring beds

Your Role

As a CNA II, you will :

What We're Looking For

Education : High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience : One year, preferred.

Licensure / Certification : Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Additional Skills (required) : BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME

Additional Skills (preferred) : Basic computer skills for documentation.
