  • About the Role We’re looking for an Assembler to join our team at KRB Machinery.
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling machines within the KRB product line.
  • You’ll use your mechanical skills to put together parts, subassemblies, and complete machines using drawings, tools, and measuring instruments.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing directly to the production of high-quality machinery.

    • What You’ll Do

  • Assemble machines and equipment according to drawings and shop orders
  • Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, or other fasteners with hand and power tools
  • Operate presses, grinders, or MIG welders as needed during assembly
  • Perform inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Run and test machines after assembly, and disassemble or rebuild as required
  • Perform touch-up painting and minor sheet metal work when necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work environment What We’re Looking For
  • Six (6) months of related experience preferred including welding and operating powered hand tools
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods
