Chief Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to lead healthcare and corporate compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures for various functions

Ensure adherence to global pharma regulations and healthcare laws

Identify compliance vulnerabilities, conduct audits, and manage third-party risks

Required Qualifications

10-20+ years of extensive pharma / biotech compliance, legal, or quality experience, including senior leadership roles

Deep understanding of drug / device development, manufacturing, and global regulatory frameworks

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a complex environment

Law degree or strong life science / technical background
