Position : Associate Attorney Civil Defense

They are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ years of civil litigation experience to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of matters across multiple industries, including retail, construction, trucking, product liability, and governmental affairs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in civil defense litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet firm expectations, including 1,800 billable hours annually .

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $90k $130k Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
