Job Summary :

Ainsworth is currently looking for Apprentice Refrigeration / HVAC Technicians to join our Boston growing team. The role will be responsible for assisting in the assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment products and Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment for commercial customers.
• Installation of HVAC / R-related equipment and components.
• Assist Journeyman technicians in the overhaul and servicing of HVAC / R units and systems.
• Perform maintenance and repair on refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental company policies and government legislation / regulations.
• Contribute to the ongoing training and mentoring of indentured apprentices.
• Adhere to the Company's Quality System operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
