A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Post customer receipts and manage unapplied payments
Communicate with customers regarding payment application details
Research and resolve payment application discrepancies and manage cash metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Knowledge of accounting and collections processes
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
Ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
3 years of experience in cash application or a similar role
