Key Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the business
Collaborate with various department leaders to define role requirements and guide the hiring process
Drive a positive candidate experience and support continuous improvement of the recruiting process
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
Hands-on experience recruiting full-stack engineers
Strong experience in Sales recruiting, including various sales roles
Proven ability to manage varied requisitions across technical, sales, and operational teams
