The Role

Were seeking a Spa & Wellness Brand Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience who can think strategically, lead with initiative, and contribute to growth across our in-person and online brands.

This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety managing operations, inspiring a small team, supporting retail and service sales, and driving brand development. Youll work closely with the CEO to execute day-to-day priorities while also contributing ideas that move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee and streamline operations between Ethereal Medi-Pedi & Handcare, Born to Splay, and Ethereal Wellness & Esthetics.
  • Support the front desk and service teams in maintaining seamless daily flow, excellent client experience, and timely follow-through.
  • Manage scheduling coordination, task accountability, and inventory systems.
  • Ensure both locations are clean, stocked, and running efficiently.

    • Sales & Growth

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenue through both services and retail.
  • Drive in-store and online sales for shoes, skincare, and wellness products.
  • Create partnerships and collaborations with local businesses to increase visibility and client base.
  • Identify trends and propose ideas for new offerings, events, or programs.

    • Marketing & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and community events.
  • Support quarterly promotions and cross-brand initiatives that connect foot, skin, and movement wellness.
  • Provide insight and feedback on marketing materials, digital presence, and client communications.

    • Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Help coordinate vendor relationships, supply orders, and logistics between brands.
  • Support upcoming projects, including spa expansion and educational content for Spaffective.
  • Track KPIs related to retail, bookings, and overall growth performance.

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of management experience in spa, salon, or wellness retail environments.
  • Proven success in increasing sales and building creative revenue streams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in collaboration and community partnerships .
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using tools such as Boulevard, Shopify, Google Drive, and Canva.
  • A passion for holistic wellness, aesthetics, and innovative business growth.
