Account Manager

At Caliber, relationships come first. We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building trust, strengthening partnerships, and driving meaningful results. In this role, you'll be the key connector between our clients and our solutionshelping them succeed while fueling our growth. Build lasting partnerships : Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Drive growth with purpose : Develop strategies to expand existing accounts while uncovering new business opportunities.

Listen first, deliver second : Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges, then present tailored solutions that truly fit.

Lead with confidence : Negotiate, close deals, and ensure agreements are executed seamlessly.

Be the connector : Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, recruiting, and operations to deliver top-tier client experiences.

Measure what matters : Track performance metrics, share insights with leadership, and continuously look for ways to improve.

Champion client success : Resolve issues quickly, strengthen relationships, and implement strategies that boost satisfaction and retention.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). 3+ years in sales or account management, ideally within healthcare. A proven record of exceeding sales goals. Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset. Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations is a bonus.
