New technology, including iPhone, iPad & access to integrated ServiceTitan software PAID TRAINING – Nexstar, leadership, and technical training in-house & travel Team Building events (Baseball games, Bowling, breakfasts, etc.) We are consistently growing and so are the opportunities for advancement Take pride in working for a company that makes a difference in the community and always does right by the customer What You’ll Do Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams Provide residential electrical service on existing homes, work on generators and perform panel work, as well as assist the HVAC Installation team on an as needed basis Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out Keep your truck inventory up to date Properly complete paperwork in a timely manner Maintain a clean and professional appearance Have and maintain a clean driving record Participate in weekly meetings and training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Requirements of our next Licensed Journeyman Electrician Minimum of 5 year’s electrical experience MA Journeyman Electrical License required Knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications Passion for communicating with customers and fixing electrical issues Experience using a CRM System, ServiceTitan is a plus!
