HCC Coding Team Lead

A company is looking for a Coding Team Lead, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Support Coding Supervisors in monitoring coders' quality and efficiency

Provide education and feedback to coders regarding coding errors and rebuttals

Track coder performance metrics and assist in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, etc.)

Extensive knowledge of ICD-10

2 years of HCC coding experience

1+ years of Team Lead experience preferred

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, and disease processes
