IT Manager

A company is looking for an IT Manager to build and shape the IT function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning

Implement and operate the corporate IT environment, including endpoint management and SaaS administration

Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and ensure compliance with frameworks

Required Qualifications

5-7 years in IT Operations or Technical Support roles at a high-growth startup

Experience managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or software company

Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and identity and access management

Experience supporting global organizations across multiple time zones

Strong incident management skills and ability to communicate technical issues effectively
