The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 3 : 00 pm until finish, with overtime and slight changes in schedule due to operational needs.

Pay rate : $65,000 - $70,000 / year.

Responsibilities

You will :

• Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files
• Manages Department of Transportation (DOT) audits
• Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction.
• Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to company-expected run rates
• Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety.
• Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers
• Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries
