Job Responsibilities

We seek a professional irrigation crew with established expertise to work with our team to complete irrigation installs on our residential properties. You will be responsible for the following :

• Coordinating your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
• Checking materials delivered against take-off and informing the Operations Manager of shortages to allow for the prompt delivery of missing items and uninterrupted workflow
• Establishing and following a schedule with the office
• Maintaining an orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
• Maintaining positive relations with customers
• Referring all problems to the office for resolution
• Contacting the office if necessary to resolve immediately
• Complying with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed
