A company is looking for a VP of Professional Services to lead and scale a solutions delivery function focused on technical services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and mentor a team of Solution Architects and Consultants for high-quality service delivery

Transition service offerings to be packaged, paid, and value-led

Establish systems for tracking revenue, utilization, and delivery health

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or forward-deployed engineering

At least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience in data, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform SaaS environments

Proficiency in solutioning, architecture reviews, APIs, and integration challenges

Experience owning a P&L or services revenue number
