Notes : FMS Location : Naperville, IL Bill Rate : $60 Start Date : ASAP max 2wks out Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time) : Eve 8hrs, 3p-11 : 30pm, no call no weekends Experience Requirements : 2yrs experience Experience Preferred : Seasoned traveler preferred License / Certification Requirements : BLS, certified through IAHCSMM (CRCST) or CBSPD (CSPDT) Notes : 50-70 surgeries performed per day.
