A company is looking for an Enterprise Monitoring Systems Admin II.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise monitoring-related issues and assist Senior Administrators

Develop reporting on monitoring-related issues and create customer reports

Conduct regular monitoring system checks, maintenance tasks, and analyze monitoring data for trends and anomalies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

1-5 years of experience in monitoring and IT operations, focusing on enterprise-level monitoring

Proven track record of leading monitoring initiatives

Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology (e.g., networking, systems administration)

Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
