Job Title

Required Education / Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.

Job Summary :

To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.

Major Duties / Critical Tasks :

Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.

Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.

Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.

Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.

Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms.

Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Performs related duties as required.
