[job_card.job_description]Deliver direct patient care according to established care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs and observe patient behaviors, documenting responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to enhance patient care and report updates. Foster meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for optimal recovery. Celebrate every patient's progress and victories along their rehabilitation journey. Current LPN / LVN licensure as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred : One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting. Preferred : Rehabilitation experience.
