Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, designers, and QA teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Integrate OutSystems applications with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Create and maintain data models, logic flows, and reusable components.

Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in development.

Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality.

Support deployment activities and assist with application performance monitoring.

Stay current with OutSystems updates, new features, and low-code trends.

Perform ad-hoc reporting, documentation, and other job-related duties as required.

Flexible to work overtime when needed.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Bilingual preferred (English / Korean).

Experience in OutSystems development (at least 12 years) or equivalent low-code platforms.

Competent with Microsoft Office tools and familiar with database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).

Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

A positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.

OutSystems Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.
