Key Responsibilities
Qualify and prioritize prospects through cold calling to assess leads
Schedule appointments between clients and real estate agents
Manage and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
A Texas Real Estate License (or actively working toward one) is a plus
12 months of experience working remotely
2+ years of cold calling experience
Ability to execute a proven follow-up strategy to maximize engagement
Preference for candidates located in Houston with experience in the local real estate market
