Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve business results
Develop and implement sales initiatives to enhance growth metrics
Recruit, onboard, and train new Account Managers while fostering an inclusive culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and 3+ years in sales or post-sales management
Experience managing and scaling teams selling multiple products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume startup environment
Technical competency to understand SaaS software and a desire to learn about governance, risk, and compliance
