Sr Software Developer

The OCI Product Management team is seeking a Sr Software Developer skilled in the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Oracle APEX Applications to support the delivery of new products and services to our customers. Applications you will develop and maintain will support internal processes & functions directly in support of delivering products and support to our largest customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Designing, developing, testing, and documenting new applications and supporting / enhancing existing applications on the APEX platform.
• Performing system analysis and system development tasks. Analyzing functional business requirements to develop solutions and create technical specifications.
• Partnering with business analysts, fellow engineering resources, and end users to evaluate business requirements, minimal viable product requirements, and deliver required features / functions.
• Collaborating with other business units to ensure that security and architecture requirements are fulfilled.
• Adhering to data architecture guidance and best practice methodologies such as the SDLC and Agile etc.
• Continuously identifying opportunities for application improvements, performance tuning, and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with other application owners and leaders to communicate, share, and implement best practices.
• Reverse engineering existing applications, including data integrations, and troubleshooting any on-demand problems.
