JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly connected Social Media & Influencer Partnership Specialist to grow our brand presence through innovative digital storytelling, strategic influencer collaborations, and on-the-ground social content creation.
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, creators, and campus ambassadors
- Manage paid and unpaid influencer programs, from seeding to contract negotiations and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate product shipments, mailers, and exclusive brand gifting moments
- Assist with campaign execution, track content, gather metrics, and generate reports
- Oversee #ULiveLaCroix Ambassador program each semester
- Contribute to pre-event planning, including influencer tracking, talent sourcing, contract routing, and gifting prep
- Travel to events to support on-site influencer coordination, answer real-time questions, and guide content capture
- Assist with post-event tasks such as reviewing content, following up on outstanding deliverables, and organizing metrics for internal reporting
QUALIFICATIONS :
