Field Supervisor

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in pest control
- Pest Control License(Must Have)
- Drivers License
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise field operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Train and mentor service professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize field operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare reports on field operations and provide feedback to management for process improvement
