A company is looking for a Product Manager, Credit Risk & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of the decision engine roadmap to improve approval rates and speed of offer generation

Manage API integrations and data exchange between the decision engine and internal applications

Drive projects from ideation to launch, coordinating cross-functional efforts and acting as a liaison between Engineering and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within FinTech or financial services

Experience with a complex decision engine in a lending context is preferred

Familiarity with API integrations and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

Highly coachable and possesses exceptional professionalism and sound judgment
