Job Description

• Handle inbound calls and follow-up inquiries, including prior authorizations and general questions.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy while managing 50–100 calls per day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
