YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED LINE COOK

You're a crucial part of our kitchen, getting everything ready for another successful meal service. As your shift begins, you properly set up prep stations, stock inventory, and prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, mixing up sauces, and more. Food safety and cleanliness are very important, and you ensure our workstations and storage areas meet all regulations.

Following our executive chef's instructions, you clean prep areas, store leftovers, and restock supplies as levels run low. You also get to cook various menu items as they're ordered, working with your culinary team to "wow" guests and refuel them after an adventure around Hoover Dam!

Here's what we need from you :

• 18+ years old
• 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent work ethic and team spirit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable English communication skills
• Ability to comply with Health Department regulations
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
