You might not know Ben Lang’s story. Unknown marketer joins Notion early, builds their community from zero to massive, and becomes a legend in growth marketing circles.

We’re not Notion. We’re The Exiter Club – a high-level mastermind for entrepreneurs doing $3M+ in revenue. But we need someone with Ben Lang’s mindset : strategic, hungry, and able to see the whole board, not just the next move.

You’ll work directly with our founder. This role could evolve into Head of Marketing as we scale.

The Opportunity

We’ve built something special : dozens of high-level entrepreneurs paying premium prices for real transformation. Now we’re ready to scale to 100+ members – and we need the right marketing mind to get us there.

You’ll Own :

• Driving qualified strategy calls with our founder (your #1 KPI)
• Orchestrating our entire marketing ecosystem (email, ads, content, funnels, events)
• Directing a team of specialists while you focus on strategy
• Launching quarterly Circle & Sip networking events for Nashville entrepreneurs
• Building scalable marketing systems that don’t rely on the founder’s time
