We are launching a brand-new, 100% outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Newport News, VA, with a focus on one-on-one patient care in a calm, welcoming environment. Our clinic is backed by a non-clinical owner dedicated full-time to operations, insurance, marketing, and community outreach—freeing our Physical Therapists to focus entirely on patient care and clinical excellence.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist who is interested in growing into a Clinic Director role as the practice expands. Long-term plans include opening additional locations, offering growth and leadership opportunities for the right individual.

Position Overview

We're seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, hands-on care and excited about being part of something new. Our model is patient-centered, allowing for personalized treatment and the time to make a real difference.

• Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours / week
• Patient Model : One-on-one treatment sessions (60 minutes initially, transitioning to 40 minutes once established)
