Skills and requirements :

3+ years of working experience in either a law firm or in-house in an IT company

Master’s degree in Law / International Law

Experience in fintech, crypto, forex industry

International law experience

Professional experience in IT, FinTech spheres, Corporate and International Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law.

Deep knowledge in drafting and architecture of Software Development, License, Services Agreements.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Highly motivated, responsible, productive, and persistent.

Organized with the ability to plan work within established deadlines.

Ability to work fast and independently with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical and research skills, ability to process large amounts of information, and summarize findings

Proactive, with a business-focused approach.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in the final product.

Key duties and responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents;
• Prepare answers to the clients’ amendments / comments to the clients’ agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments;

Draft and review terms of use / website policies / public offers

Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream.

Languages :

English – C1 / B2 level,

additional language

( Spanish or Chinese) is a big plus
