Data Center Scheduler

Onsite : Amarillo TX / West TX Region

This role is focused on end-to-end scheduling for Data Centers in West TX. These projects are complex and require strong scheduling and Project Management expertise to ensure timely delivery. Knowledge of Data Center construction projects is vital to this role.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong Project Management. This individual will serve as the critical link between manufacturing and construction teams, ensuring accurate scheduling, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for modular data center deployments using Primavera P6.
• Provide solutions-oriented recommendations to keep projects on track.
• Act as the bridge between manufacturing and construction teams, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Conduct daily meetings and provide clear, concise updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate delays and schedule impacts effectively, educating stakeholders on root causes.
• Track progress using units per day, PBM, and commodity tracking metrics.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and safety protocols.
• Manage scheduling challenges related to :

oModular units arriving deconstructed

oTrenching and mass grading

oExtensive cable pulling and site preparation
